Macbeth, a tragedy by William Shakespeare, tells a thrilling story of ambition and betrayal. The prophecy of three witches, foretelling Macbeth’s rise to become the king of Scotland, triggers a series of murderous actions that drive the play’s plot.

Elwood P. Dowd is wealthy. He is perfectly amiable and completely happy. And … he has a screw loose. His only problem? It’s his best friend Harvey, a very tall white rabbit, invisible to everybody but Elwood. The twist comes when his sister tries to have Elwood committed to a mental institution.

Am 28. Februar war es nach einer zweijährigen Corona-Pause wieder so weit, die hoch motivierten und sehr talentierten jungen SchauspierlerInnen des Vienna English Theater machten ihm Rahmen ihrer School Tours Halt in Korneuburg.

A cosy, though increasingly claustrophobic guesthouse, cut off from the world by a terrible snowstorm – it is here that a group of eight complete strangers is stranded. Each of them has their own well-kept secret and … one of them is a murderer.

On Friday, 29 March 2019, all the pupils from grades 3 to 5 watched the popular and successful drama “Hamlet”, which was acted by the Vienna’s English Theatre group.

A night at Vienna’s English Theatre in Josefsgasse is one of the extracurricular activities offered to our “Top League” – now in its highly successful third year of existence -  as well as to interested fifth-year students.
